You invest 90 mil in Higuain, 40 in Dybala and 23 for Pjaca...but all that is in vein when italian coaches like to defend a one goal lead in front of 40 000 home fans...the fuck...some times Beppe should just tell him or Conte to fuck off and buy them 12 Centerbacks...fuck I hate italian defensive mentality.

Tactics in first half was spot on but second I don't quite get what allegri was doing. I'm sure he was experimenting the moment he replaced dybala with evra.

c mon, it was kinda of a derby you know.
Fiorentina is not a push over to run experiments and not so early on, Allegri is masterfull at integrating players slowly but surely, maaybe he has sensed Pjankc wasnt ready for his first official game being a derby he would dictate.
There will be a time for all. Alvez was ready and eager to prove him self and Allegri, he is a fully offensive player and he was let in.
I think that in this match Allegri has tried out the offensive potential of our wings.
We fot our pair of Ribery and Robben and with a pair of super subs as well, maybe against lesser teams we will see a trident too!

We ran the same show with Licht behind Quags on the right wing last season.

Evra-Dybala I kind of get Max was pushing Asamoah to attack more and that what we need of he's gonna be a starter this season. But Hernanes-Khedira was like wow and almost Hernanes did one, I don't get how Max still trust in him but as I used to say: Max knows best

Sure makes sense with cuadrado but I don't remember this being played on the left side as often. IIRC I think he played it against bayern on the left. Just seemed odd to go to 4-5-1, when there wasn't a real need.

no risks, just enough firepower, players that were already integrated, the team we needed to overcome Fiorentina, no more, no less!

I wonder what @JCK thinks of the improved model of Cronios
You forgot about me. I was under the impression that I am still a much vaunted member of the "Axis of Doom." :D

I think the players were tired in the 2nd half. It's only the 1st game ffs! It's not as if Allegri told them to shut up shop after going 1-0 up. It's better to conserve energy in Serie A anyway. I'm sure we will see a different beast on European nights. Now go get us that CM/Box to Box Mid Beppe.
