Exactly, and besides that, he will have way more space when he drops deeper as a striker than when he does as a TQ. As a TQ, usually the defensive midfielder will mark you and will follow you everywhere. As a striker, he will have more freedom to move between the lines, as central defenders will not press or follow the striker that high on the pitch.

All i can see in that list is Isco :tuttosport:

Give Allegri what he wants.
It ain't happening especially if Zidane stays there and the player refuses to leave. Any comments that have come from Isco have been to the effect that the rumors are all made up in the press - there is nothing in his statements that would make you read between the lines and say otherwise - at least as far as I am aware.

I think the Euros this year is going to be a big wild card in our transfer strategy. If we don't bed down Morata before then, I fear our whole transfer strategy may be jeopardized. We really want to avoid a situation where we let Vidal go mid way through the transfer market (and Coman right at the end) without having suitable replacements for them lined-up earlier. Khedira was great but we got him right at the start perhaps under the assumption that Vidal would stay.

Isco is definetely this summer. Him.and James are not playing. And on of them is leaving ( most likely Isco ) or both. Also his father/Agent said we are interested. And every media outlet in Italy says we are interested. No smoke without fire.

Isco is all fair and fancy, but he might be not quick enough. I mean his main strength is his ability to play and create in a tight space, when opposing team is settled down defense, holding the ball, beating his man etc. And I though that someone more Kaka-like would work better – great runner, strong physically, someone who doesn't prefer to waste time beating his man giving opposite team chance to get back. E.g. I would really prefer Fekir, if there is a chance for him to came back on his level.
But, saying all that, getting Isco would be :tuttosport:
