mazzarri would be the worst joke since zaccherini/delneri

and yes, i hated max's appointment - but he had conte's team to work with. now we have a much weaker squad, mazzarri's outdated ideas won't work.

His issues was too slow thinking/decision making and most alarming just physically too slow/weak to protect the ball from pressure, especially aggressive kind. So how he played vs Napoli would been the same vs Sassuolo because they were quick pressurring team too. You cant have someone who is that vurneable in that kind of position. Its sad to say but this guy simply sucks right now in the basics and physically limited, while in Lazio despite being inconsistent was atleast tough and often very good. What a difference 2 years make.
Okay so teams like Napoli can pressure him enough to expose his weakness. But then again Pirlo wasn't the fastest of fellows last seasons and was exposed defensively atleast against top opposition. Would normal teams like sassuolo be able to expose his weaknesses or would he be a decent distributor against smaller teams. Because thats all we need really.

what do you mean? he likes young talents
he likes passers. None of our midfielders can pass to save their lives (apart from marchisio last season ofcourse)

How could you? Marotta did what he had to do and gave Allegri a fantastic squad. It's 100% on Allegri, if he can't make these talented players who ooze leadership and winner mentality tick then he has to go. He should resign if he had a gram of dignity and apologize for Marotta for making a mess out of the fantastic summer that Marotta did.
You're right, Jack. How is the team going to compete with the likes of Frosinone, Sassuolo and Udinese, without Vidal and Tevez?

There is a huge difference, Pirlo was too relaxed in attitude besides slowing (over dribble or get caught when man marked whole game) down a bit. But Hernanes lacks physically AND technically/smarts to protect the ball and think one step a head, there is a huge gulf of difference between him and an over the hill Pirlo in this regard. Hernanes was struggling with the basics while Pirlo never was.

Maybe some who are not an idiots and try to read won't write like upper post.I wrote what is Alegri's fault, again"His main responsibility is being over quiet and and not asking for the type of player he wants".
That's is his main mistake.A yes man ,acting like a middle rated manager in some company not as a coach of a top club.Name one top coach in the world who is acting in bringing/selling players like Max do ? Never ever raised his voice about his wishes for particular players. He was like that at Milan when Galliani sold Silva/Ibra and at the end was fucked by sacking by Galliani, the same is here and will be a Beppe's scapegoat. Yes Galliani is a proffesional and Beppe too, who,as a professionals alongside the rest of the management lead big clubs.Idiotism is not spotting the same mistakes Max did at both clubs.
Also if you read other posts you will see that I never exclude Beppe for his catastrophic moves during this mercato. At least he is responsible as much as Alegri ,maybe more.
Since this is Allegri thread I wrote about him.
Sorry, you dont seem to comprehend my point.

You can't be serious, i'd fap for days if we get Lippi
He's the greatest ever in my books, but honestly that ship has sailed. I'd take him as caretaker for the season but nothing more. Football has changed drastically since Lippis last serious assignment as a club coach. Capello as much as I detest him is slightly more relevant at this point in time. Spaelletti and Mazzarri are no starters. Off the four, I'd take Lippi. But if we can wait till xmas, Mourinho might just be available, and better still Ancellotti is too. Unfortunately, our management don't have the ability to close that level of coach.

Don't expect better from Marrotta.

I like the idea of getting Montella from the possible options. He's Italian, within budget salary wise, has worked with Cuadrado and at the end of that season they sold him for big bucks, could develop and use Dybala in similar fashion to How he did with Guiseppe Guido (and after all they compare Pauolo to young Montella) and Morata could learn a thing or two from him. Same goes for Pogba, since Borja had his best days during his time.

He seems to have a decent relationship with his players (normally doesnt have his squad ridden with injuries whether duo to medic staff or players availability) and is tacticaly sound, not the greatest but solid enough to build a unique playing style around whatever he's got (happened with both Roma and Rats)

So true.

I heard Zeman is available.
:D I think that he hates Juve more than Moratti does. Also bad option as a coach .
