Juve lack leaders on the pitch, just Bonucci is around and he's not playing so well himself.

Allegri always had big characters at Juve and now that is taken away from him.

For sure it's a big part of why Allegri's second spell at the club is going so bad.

Pirlo even managed to do better than him in Allegri's first season back.

I think Max is out of ideas at Juve and doesn't have the coaching ability to improve players and get them playing good football.
