I dont get it, Pjaca has 10 times more potential than Giaccherini. Since injury that has dropped to 3 times but even after his recovered, I wouldn't do a swap. What a bizarre story.

i guess it started before our shift to 4-2-3-1, and might have made some sense:
- napoli constantly play with 2 wingers, and as mertens has been their prima punta lately, neither insigne, nor callejon has good backup options
- giak is not a winger, rather a midfielder
- pjaca needed more playtime
- we needed a midfielder as lemina was going to leave for afcon, hernanes off to china, marchisio still not at 100%, etc

then we switched formation and begun using 2 cm's + wingers, bought rincon, so it wouldn't make sense for us anymore.

so far in his career Giacch has shown his best under Antonio Conte, who runs a strict system where everyone knows when and where to run and pass. obviously little guy is good at executing planned runs and works hard in defense. considering Allegri doesn't play this kind of football and has given way more freedom to our guys in the final third, I doubt Giacch would be such a great idea for us, IMO skilled players who rely more on their instincts like Pjaca are better suited to Max's football. not to mention Giacch and Pjaca value for their teams and on the market are completely different

I really hope he comes back stronger than before. Not even for Juve, but for himself.

When has any player ever come back stronger than before after an ACL tear? Especially one that relies on pace and agility?
