ADP is right on the money

Del Piero: ‘I would have kept Mandzukic, Juventus now miss a player like him’
100% correct, plenty of people here said it.

We miss a player like him as an option up front. The way we pushed him out was awful and the way we let him go for free came down to terrible transfer window planning.

I never understood why Sarri did not give him a chance. Mandzo would have been a great complementary piece and glue Dybala and Ronaldo together. He'd be able to put in the defensive shift that they don't enjoy doing, and at the same time offer more aerial threat in the offensive third/box. Perfect target man and distractor to enable Dybala and Ronaldo more space and opportunity.

Sorry but the thought of bringing mandzu back is silly. Love the guy yes, he embodies the very word Grinta, but he didn't play a single minute under sarri for a reason, most probably because he is technically very limited outside of the box, so bringing him back purely for sentimental reasons is silly.

Bring him back to be what, the 6th forward?

That is exactly where he would be in the pecking order, behind Dybala, CR7, Bernardeschi, Costa, and Higuain
