I'm sure we thought about that but then concluded that we weren't strong enough a project to sell to a player who probably was unhappy and had a reluctance to move away. I'm pretty sure if this was Utd or Madrid, Goetze would've moved in these exact same circumstances. But Juve got too many variables. Pay cuts, bonuses etc.
