we got all of those guys for not because of who we where but because of the circumstances those inviduals were themselves at the time.
Götze is in a much different situation.

this team lost a 3 big pieces in world football and in the eyes of a prized asset like Götze commiting his future somewhere that will have an effect. or else, why is he having doubts over joining us? we're offering him the same amount he's making today, we're offering to start him and build our offense around him.
Don't act as if we lost some noname players this summer.
If I was a footballer I would definitely take losing Vidal, Pirlo and Tevez into account, especially since we're not an EPL team or Barca/Real.

I am also with the flow that Götze is coming but it is all down to him. For future dealings (fucking us up), Bayern don't want to mess this relationship up.

bayern couldnt give 2 shits about this relationship
Well, what if they want to rob us of another great player some time in the future? They will of course let us take Götze for two seasons. Mind you, if we get him only for one season, I would be happy because we really shot ourself in the foot by selling Vidal that fast.

Yup. I think Bayern will sell as well. It's down to Gotze himself.
They dont give a fuck if they going to sell him surly they are not stupid that sell him for less than like 40m as you see when bastein left bayern they bought vidal for replace him just with 35m!!

That's an extremely biased way to look at it though :D

Just for one thing, Bayern has been his favourite club as a child.
True. But not long ago his agent gave a strong statement that guardiola is destroying gotzes career. It is possible that gotze stays and fights for a starting spot, however, this is guardiola that we are talking about. If the relationship is in a bad shape, combined with his stubbornes, the player could be in for a rough season.

Even Muller, bayern golden boy, already had a argument with guardiola during training and there are rumors that might he be looking for a transfer. And remember what happened with ibra and etoo.

Good thing is that going from Marottas press conference, they want an answer soon so probably this week we will get one from the player. And if it's a negative, the board can focus on other targets or back up plans.

Gotze actually makes sense.

I've been lurking Bayern forums and most people are fed up with him. He played a lot last season and didn't do good. It's been 2 years already, he came with the highest expectations of being the most talented player of a new great German generation and he disappointed badly.

What's worse, actually they hate the lack of effort from him, something worrisome. But yes, I think if he tells management he wants to leave, they could actually let him go.

His contract also runs till 2017. He was bought for 37M two years ago, can't be worth more than 30M right?

If they sell him for 30M, I could see Juve almost equalling his current salaries.

In his interview he left the possibility wide open, so did Guardiola.

Maybe this actually has a decent chance to happen, considering the context.

At the moment, Draxler is the main target for the playmaker role for Juve. Gotze is not convinced. De Bruyne will cost €60m. [Nerozzi]

But apparently delusional Tuz posters think he'll take a paycut to come here. And on loan nonetheless :lol2:

Selling him for 30m..Again out of touch with reality.

Not just you.

But many others in regards to this particular transfer.

Bayern wont sell the heartthrob of Germany for 30m.Not possible even on FIFA.

People are out of touch with reality as usual. All because we made a CL final.
I actually don't believe he'd be attainable for 30M. It would make sense if 37M was his evaluation 2 years ago, but that was only the price set at the contract clause. His actual price was higher.

Now if he wants to move to Juventus, 40/45M may be a possibility, given his poor showing the last seasons. But it's unlikely, of course.
