On one hand you complain that Juve dosent promote young talent, and then when they do play them and mistakes are made (which is expected due to lack of experience) you go all out and thrash them.

It is a known fact that Motta can be a liability in defence. Even fans of the player who has been watching him for a long time on this forum will tell you that. Just because they are young and inexperienced doesn't mean they get a 'get out of jail free' card. As long as the criticism is valid and constructive there's no problem.

When people say they want a team to promote young talent they only mean one or two players in an already established team - not a whole friggin team of young inexperienced talent that would struggle against a Serie B side!

Who said that I consider Pepe as a flop? I'm only saying this because you treat Pepe as if he was the next big thing since sliced bread. You're basing your opinion on Motta because he was benched for Cassetti while you're having a hard on for Pepe because he started for the mighty Udinese and the magnificently Italian World Cup team.
