I really hope it isn't true that Marotta forced us into this Borriello deal. That gives every club in Italy hope that they can force Juve into taking whatever players they don't want.

I don't think he forced him in, but he was Marotta's idea.

It's like a transfer in Delneri's days.. Marotta brought him, even if Delneri didn't need him. These things happen in Italy.

What's the point in getting a player the coach doesn't want? It's asking for trouble in the dressing room.

It happens, but we won't really know what happened until later. A lot of these "gurus" are attention seeking people, and yes, even at VS.

It's the VS-dude's word against the agent of Borriello, who claim that Conte did want Marco at the club.

    Let's just wait and see.

There is no way someone else then the direct technical staff could know about wether conte accepted boriello.

all he can know is that its something marotta pushed for, and conte never said anything about

Conte just didn't ask for Borriello. He got him, it's not end of the world.
I 'm getting an image of Conte sitting in a highchair, arms crossed, while Marotta flies Borriello around the room on a spoon playing airplane. A bit mental, yes, I know.

about higuain, there are better strikers at the cost of 30-40
    I was thinking 30 max.
But I'm being way too unrealistic with "Higuain to Juve" and you can imagine how impossible will be to get those better strikers.

I'm just dreaming of another 50m spent on two players, Secco style, and those two players to be Higuain and Jovetic. There are better players for sure, but there is 0% buying them while I still give some 0.1% chance of getting Jojo and Higuain in package.

Sell Quag, Krasic, Elia and Melo for 40-45m, buy Higuain, Jovetic and Caceres for 60. Add some oldies but goldies like Pizarro for the bench. The wage budget remains the same after we get rid of the 4-5 leeches that don't even get to play. The defense still leaves a lot to be desired but it's gonna be a very strong starting XI (Buffon ; Licht, Barzagli, Chiellini, Caceres ; Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio ; Jovetic, Higuain, Vucinic) and a decent bench (Storari ; De Ceglie, Bonucci, Pizarro, Pazienza, Pepe, Matri). If you're imaginative enough, you could even find some space for Giovinco there.

That's very realistic if we didn't have Marrota there. He would rather buy 6-8 players for 60 mil.

Could someone explain the point of this signing? Did Juve get rid of Amauri and Iaquinta?
