Agreed. I hope Elia and Esti can get that hard working mentality in their heads. I hope it doesnt back fire but I honestly feel Conte knows how to handle them so Im not to worried. Elia showed a good work rate against Catania supporting Grosso alot so hoepfully we can see his attacking prowess soon.
