he wasn't straight out terrible, by the numbers he had an all right game. he won many duels, he made 4 tackles, physically he looked fine. it was his first match since ages. he did his job when he was forced to. still, the lack of effort is infuriating. it's like rabiot's first few seasons here: you just know that he's capable of so much more. the absolute minimum isn't enough for juventus. pjanic's bare minimum was way better than loca's or rabiot's, and we still sold him for a reason. we shouldn't settle for players running on idle for seasons and thinking that they deserve millions.

Man - would be amazing if Chelsea starting sniffing around for this guy. Going to be an anchor on the first team sooner rather than later.

Such a disappointment this guy turned out to be.

An odd performance. Really underwhelming for the majority and some poor passes. Then he will play a good one out of nowhere before going back to another mistake.
Standard is the word you're looking for. This performance is the kind of performance you'd expect form him now. Nothing odd about it. He sucks.
