Just so we're clear on it:

I do appreciate the irony surrounding all these Marchisio discussions though. Very much so, even.
We've got a shitload of people complaining & criticizing the board for our youth policy, or lack thereof: we're ruining youngsters, they don't get any (real) chances, etc, etc.
And then when a player finally does manage to come through the ranks and actually turns out to be decent & useful, a big part of those very same people wouldn't hesitate a second to sell & subsequently replace him with an incoming player.
