One suggestion...it's not too important when does the voting start, so Kate should make the vote opening whenever it suits her. But the voting deadline is really important. Imo, 00:00 CET is too late. That's 2:30 am for Hoori and 3:00 or 3:30 am for the other middle-easterners or the Indians. Imo it's too late.

22:00 CET proved to be a nice timing for the deadline, so if it suits Kate I guess we should keep it.

That works fine for me and is also more convenient, I just didn't know if people would be upset about me not being there at the start.
