I think I've to change the voting time for this one. I think I'll keep it from 1200-0000 IST which would be the same as 0830-2030 CET. I hope this is acceptable to all...

It is to the Europeans and the Asians, but i don't know about the Americans.

For most of them the voting will be from 2:30 am till 2:30 pm.

I'm in, but not sure how I will manage the crazy hours for voting.
