Up to the player. Aslong as they just share their overall thoughts, that doesn't change and isn't influenced by dying. And it's up to the alive players if they want to discuss with a dead player (usually just your allies) .

But no actively using your dead status to harass and question others that don't want to talk to you, and relaying their reactions and behaviours to you as someone who isn't part of the time anymore to your living allies, that's just bad sportsmanship.

Sending PMs that concern the game should definitely not be allowed, I don't see a single reason why it would be.
