he has one year of contract, going on on a loan means PSG is loosing him for free anyway, they will never agree to that and i doubt Chelsea wants to pay 200m for his one season. PSG will prefer to keep him on the bench and show their strength.

PSG want Real to offer a loan with obligation so that they get something from the deal. Say Chelsea or Liverpool take him, he still goes to Madrid for free and gets to play. PSG can try and flex but they're losing him. It wouldn't surprise me if the stayed and started every game at PSG because he's the best player in the world. Agree, thats why the most possible scenario is Madrid bidding for him in few weeks and PSG accepting it as their hand are tied.
I dont believe Chelsea is paying huge amount for a 1 year loan and Kylian accepting non CL club. Free loan wont be accepted by PSG imo as they are still loosing him for free.
