Kessie is very good, he would be upgrade for our current midfield. For those of you who want to revert to doom and gloom.

For the other name. I refuse to believe it...

I don't really like Kessie, but on a loan with no obligation and Fagca covering part of his wages? Sure. I mean, it's not like we have Vidal, Davids, or Zidane in our current midfield setup.

Kessié is undoubtedly a significant improvement over our current midfield starters.

Regarding the Lukaku news, I remain skeptical until Vlahovic is sold. However, if the transfer does go through, it would be a baffling decision by the club. Such a move would defy logic and leave me questioning their reasoning. I mean, we recently appointed a competent sporting director who was expected to put an end to such dreadful deals. It just wouldn’t make sense.

Kessie I don't mind

Lukaku makes no sense technically or financially

Massive contract at 30 years old and hardly the type of player that will play well into his 30s. It would be so illogical to do this deal and for what? We'd end up saving like 5ml a year for a player that we will be stuck with on a massive contract that no one wants

Juventus: “We will never buy again old player with large salary and long contracts”

Juventus: Let’s buy Lukaku, a 30 year old player, with a 10M salary for 4 years…

On a personal level I don't like either considering they're from rivals, but to me it would improve our team. Vlahovic is an elite talent and he's 20 goal striker potentially, but he has own major flaw: he can't play with his back the goal and help in the build-up play. His link-up play is bad, there were times we even looked like a better team with Milik. Lukaku is better as a physical presence and is way better at this.

Kessie has more experience and physical power than Fagioli

Woj
Gatti Bremer Danilo
Weah Kessie Loca Rabiot Kostic/Iling
Lukaku - SS

The bad thing is, we're in for some jihad football with these two on board.
