Flaws? The man is utter shit, our defence hasn't improved a bit since day one, we can't keep a clean sheet. His misjudgement on players quality is beyond and above everything I've ever seen before, his subs make Ranieri look like SAF. On top of that, his 4-4-2 tactics weren't having ''it'' and still don't, we play an outdated football, Lecce result doesn't change that.

But then again I get your point, we've brought the man here with the philosophy: ''your last result is the one that counts in football.''

I'm sure Delneri has a winning record below 45% by now, what's the point of keeping such a coach? Don't fire him for the sake of firing him, replace him with someone better but him never taking responsibility makes my blood boil and saying he can fuck off now.

Sack him it has already been evident he's been trying to for sometime now thinking to himself "what the hell I have to do to het sacked?, I know I'll replace Krasic for Storari......shit didn't work again" Maybe that's the only way to see the rest of his wages of his contract is to be sacked.

I agree with you. All i say is Agnelli and Marotta are guilty as much as him if not more. We should have hire proper directors and managers in first place.

it is obvious that Del Neri is out of his depth here and while he got lucky last week with poor substitutions (making a change when we had 2 players receiving treatment and having to leave a quarter fit Matri on) yesterday his tactical ineptitude bit him hard on the ass. he is simply not good enough but it is not 100% solely his fault!
i blame Marotta and the previous imbecile in charge of our recruitment policy for not buying the full backs that we have required for 3 fucking years now! Chiellini and Bonucci should be the foundation for a solid CB pairing for years,instead we have shunted Giorgio out to full back because we simply do not have any alternative. Krasic is isolated because there is no balance to our team and the clubs answer to everything is to buy another Italian forward with no consideration as to who the fuck will actually supply him.

WE are simply not good enough,the team is not good enough,the board are not good enough and the coach is simply not up to the task. we need a radical rethink if we are ever to close the gap on the 2 bastard sisters from Milan.

i say hire THIS man and let him mould an attacking young team
