not really, i meant what i said, he is slow starting, then the results builds up. If you look at how Udinese started, and where they are now i'd say thats credit to his underrated management skills
That's one thing and saying the results "picks up pretty quickly" is totally another.

To help you understand your bullshit:

- Guidolin tends to be a slow starter.
- Guidolin picks up pretty quickly.

How can anyone say both things about Guidolin in the same focking question?

I'm sure you are a very slow learner but something tell me you will pick up what I'm saying quickly.

Lippi to replace Del Neri tonight?
Marcello Lippi could replace Gigi Del Neri as Juventus caretaker manager, but Walter Mazzarri joins the list of long-term candidates.

A fourth consecutive defeat to Cesena this evening would spell the end for Del Neri, even if he is adamant he “will not resign.”

The Gazzetta dello Sport now suggests former Italy and Juve Coach Lippi would be willing to accept a caretaker manager role.

He would see out the rest of the season and prepare the Bianconeri for their next tactician.

Other temporary options are former Juve stars Gianluca Vialli, Pavel Nedved or Claudio Gentile.

Louis Van Gaal had been the prime candidate, but the Bayern Munich boss has announced he will take a year off after finishing off the campaign in Germany.

Zenit St Petersburg Coach Luciano Spalletti has long been linked with the job, but this week again denied he was interested.

A new option emerging this morning is Napoli manager Mazzarri, who already worked with director general Beppe Marotta at Sampdoria.

However, Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has no intention of releasing Mazzarri from his contract, especially if they qualify for the Champions League.

As a 3-4 months solution it would be good. Otherwise no, I would not like us to continue playing typically the old football style. I want a foreign manager.
