Lucio is most definitely not an apt replacement for Chiellini. I sincerely hope we manage to keep all our defenders fit for a long and grueling campaign next season, and that if Lucio indeed does come, he'll only play in a handful of games against the minnows of the league.

As a backup he is good enough, 2-2,5 Mio is a bit to high but from other side we don't have to pay a fee for him and we can invest a bit more in Cavani or van Persie^^
