I just read something on Tuttojuve that said now that Conte has Ogbonna and Giach is gone, Marrone will be played in his natural position and Conte wants to keep him and not loan him
SKY: Luca Marrone has been taken off the market by Juventus after Antonio Conte was very impressed with his commitment & work at the ritiro.
With the departure of Giaccherini & the arrival of Ogbonna, Marrone will be moved back to his original role of central-midfielder.

Pretty obvious that Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio, Pogba, Asamoah(If we get a new starting LWB) is ahead of him and who knows.. Conte might even start Padoin ahead of him.

I hope he gets playing time, delighted he stayed.
If we learned something from last season... is that Pirlo cannot be burned like Conte likes to do.

Its better for Pirlo and for the team.. that Conte starts thinking about giving more resting time to Pirlo and use him in definite crunch matches.

Marrone to relieve Pirlo is a great move for our team! Use Caceres, Ogbonna and Peluso for defensive relief, and bring back Marrone to his natural midfield position. That said though his experiment as a CB cannot be seen as a total failure though, teaching him defensive techniques like tackling, marking and just general awareness can only be useful to a midfielder.

How much games can he possibly get, unless we are cashing in one Marchisio , his game time is really limited.
Yeh, but i always keep the hope that conte will rotate him much more. Supposedly Conte is seeing marrone in better shape in this summer ritiro....
