And what are those reiforcements? SMS, Veratti, Pogba and Kovacic?
SMS is the only one possible because he is still in Seria A, but he is going to go for something around 80-90 mln.
Then don't get anyone, and save that money for a proper reinforcement or when an opportunity becomes available. What's the point of scouts? Can't they find anyone in South America or Eastern Europe? Pellegrini is decent, solid, but that's it. He's nothing exceptional, and will not add anything we don't already have. Our midfield is trash tbh, and adding a Pellegrini won't improve that. Can is ok, because he's on a free (although his wages are ridiculous), but acquiring this guy for 30 million is a no go in my book.

I think you onto something, some out of the box thinking, a solution was just in front of us. MU or MC bringing Fred from Shakhtar (South American from Eastern European club) for more than 50 mln pounds. And this guy is nothing special at all, poor mans Fernandinho.
I like Pellegrini, he def is going to improve us if he comes.

Makes sense to eliminate your starting RB's contract so he can go to the world's richest club for free :baus:

Makes sense to promise him a thing like that if he wouldn't come otherwise, indeed. Happened to all of our older freebies if you hadn't noticed which is exactly why we have been able to sign all of them despite heavy competition.

Pellegrini, Darmian, Perin, Bonaventura
Sure, let's go into the season with fucking Consiglio. CL this season showed us that a proper gk is an overrated thing.
Licht and Asa left, we need a backup, it's not rocket science. Darmian is an improvement to both of them and might also bench MDS.

Pellegrini and Bonaventura are just rumours.

Shakhtar is an expensive market, we need to look at the Bosnian market instead. cheapest in Europe @Jethro

I rate Pellegrino higher than Bonaventura, but i don't think that we need him, as i believe that we lack offensive attributes the most. Chances are that we will choose the worst option...
