there are like 20mil reasons...
Except they are not paying 20 million, now are they?

And if they do end up buying him at the end of the year, you can blame Conte as well, because he's the one that wants him.

Besides Osvaldo and maybe Guarin, We should have signed a LB or LM to call this a good transfermarket.
A LB is useless if you don't play 4 in the back.

It's an option to buy though... If he doesn't perform, we send him back to Southampton. If he does perform but they don't want to sell him cheap enough to us, we send him back. Like with Aquilani, Borriello, Bendtner, Anelka. We didn't exercise the option to buy on any of those players.

If we exercise the 20 million option to buy in the summer, I think most of us will be upset, but realistically, the chances of us offering anything over 15 million come summer are slim to none. It's a low risk, potentially high reward move.
Those chances are not slim because we have done this many times before, i am sure that you have been around with your main those times...

Lets put is this way, Vucinic wants to leave so bad he was willing to join Inter. Inter. Osvaldo is willing to take a big pay cut to come to Juve.

Murru for free in the summer. :D

What's this shit about us paying 20M?

People are worrying about a detail that they can't possibly fucking know for half a season

A large part of this deal will depend on how well Osvaldo does at Juve. He's not even officially ours yet and this shitty panic attack is gripping the forum.

Yeah, well I mean a player who can play in our 352, either a offensive LB or a natural LM.

When have we exercised a loan option to buy for 18-20 million before? What are all these times? We had obligation to buy deals like Matri. But give me an example of an option to buy after a loan where we spent 20 million? You said it has happened many times...

I only joined this forum last year. I still followed Juve long before that.

I have to do some research here. In the 3 + seasons that Marotta has been here, how many loan with option/obligation to buy deals has he completed?

I can think of Motta, Pepe, quag, and Matri so far.

I suppose there are the half-purchases with option or requirement to buy other half as well. Like Asamoah, Isla, Giaceherini.

I'm just talking about loan with option to buy, and after doing my research those are the only four that he has done that he has purchased the player and they were all done three years ago. People need to stop getting their panties all twisted

It's realistic to think we'll buy him in the Summer, but you can guarentee it will be for around 12-15 million, which if he does well, is fair.

Now to ship the trash trio out.
:agree:
we won't pay more than 12-14.and even for that to happen he must have a really good 6 months here.

Watch the swap Mirko - Guarin happening until the end of the mercato.
:xfinger:
Leaves Cerci for us in June ;)
Could be good option,if we can't go aftet Di maria or Lamela.
Ive been saying all along that Guarin - Mirko swap could still happen. :touched:

New guru. :klin:
Let's wait and see if that really happens..."Guru" ;)
It riapre a thousand time already, every day is "riapre etc etc". Just shit media talk when they dont have anything other to write.
And again it is "clamoroso", how the fuck can it be "clamoroso" when it was repeated several time during this week, clamoroso this clamoroso that, fucking amateur sensationalist journalists.
my god clamoroso , riapre again? Fucking clamoroso.
 that is sooo true....
Tomorrows GDS speaks about the swap, and SKY said rumours they've heard mention a reopening of negotiations
Let's see what happens...:xfinger:

trash players like Peluso cant cost 20mil, its usually attackers like Matri that cost that much, or established players like Asamoah, the 20mil figure is doesnt take away from the reasons of why this happens, the trend is there and budget allocation can be extended.
Such an option would take away from our main transfer budget of the coming summer, this is where the damaged would be maximized, as it will limit our potential where it matters the most...

Everyone does seem to rather enjoy hysterics here.

Are you saying Matri was a bad piece of business for Juventus? He directly contributed to our first scudetto with some of the most important goals that year. He also scored our first and assisted our second away at Celtic in the round of 16 last year. We paid 18 mil for him and sold him for 11 mil 2.5 years later at almost 30. That 7 million drop happens when you approach 30. I'd say he was well worth the 7 million for what he contributed to our undefeated season and our making the UCL quarterfinals last season.

Asamoah has also been a fantastic bit of business for us.

Peluso is a meh signing, but we needed cover at the position and didn't have the money to splash on a bigger signing.
