I'm not sure if I'd go for a ban, but it's pretty silly to use it during the football match. If anything, I think it should be used when African teams are playing and not always. It kills the football atmosphere and it's stupid to watch without hearing chants and celebrations as it adds a lot.

Most of the time, you can't even make out the chants anyway.

I find the German language annoying to listen to as well even if I don't understand a word of it... perhaps I should call for a ban of German chants because I don't like the sound of it.

The difference is that the German league has a contract to use an Adidas ball, so they could use the World Cup ball.

Most other leagues have contracts to use other makes of ball, so could not use it.
