I'm not mad. I think it's silly that TV viewers are trying to swing around their influence when they're not even at the event. It's as if people would just rather watch the World Cup as a massive multiplayer XBox Live version of FIFA 2010 with international teams at the controls. :yuck:
You can't just ban things that annoy you. You still have to put up with me, for instance.

My ears have grown so acustom to the sound I hardly notice them anymore. I don't have the sound of when watching football anyway most of the time. I usually know whats going on I'd rather not listen to commentary.

The Fifa confirmed today that they will not ban them in stadiums while the company that manufactures them started a new-improved-more-quite version.
Well, that's particularly retarded. People who either love them or hate them realize that they are designed to make a lot of noise.

This is like a car manufacturer coming out with a new, improved vehicle that doesn't move so much.

Like I said, I'd take those vuvuzela and beat the fans with them until they start to make the same sound.

I'm not sure if I'd go for a ban, but it's pretty silly to use it during the football match. If anything, I think it should be used when African teams are playing and not always. It kills the football atmosphere and it's stupid to watch without hearing chants and celebrations as it adds a lot.
Most of the time, you can't even make out the chants anyway.

I find the German language annoying to listen to as well even if I don't understand a word of it... perhaps I should call for a ban of German chants because I don't like the sound of it.

That's what they should be doing instead of watching this tournament, really. If this matter annoys them so much.

Apparently Germany have had access to the ball for 6 months, cheeky :numnum:
So have a lot of teams. I think the US has had the ball for a few months.

It's not like shots are going errant all the time, sailing off and whatnot. Teams are for the most part just playing poorly.

    All countries did.

The difference is that the German league has a contract to use an Adidas ball, so they could use the World Cup ball.

Most other leagues have contracts to use other makes of ball, so could not use it.
