what? crippled a club financially? let us not also forget what a laughing stock he was with england, and hes got a track record of off pitch scandals with affairs, and i dont want juve associated with scandals of erikson having it off with monica belucci or anything like that

1) No coach in the world can cripple a club financially, while bad management can easily do it.

2) Laughing stock!! Lets not only judge him for a bad world cup tournament which he was knocked out through PKs, scoring five goals against the Dutch in Germany is a farce also?? what would ya call their current coach then??

3) I won't blame him if it was Monica Bellucci, if I was him I would kindly swap Buffon for a Boobies suck.

No obviously I don't want young and unproven coaches, but that's where DD was an exception. He took a average club to a CL final. That's what we need, new blood, a enthusiastic coach eager to prove himself at a club of our stature. Lippi is already one of the best and frankly his unwillingness to cut short his vacation tells me he's not motivated enough.

Surely his name and credentials, not to mention his knowledge, can do us a world of good but if he's unmotivated it's all for nothing. Frankly, the way things are he seems to me completelly unmotivated, not faking or acting but honestly not interested enough. Personally I can't blame him, I'd enjoy my success with no obligations as well.

That's why we need to focus and look somewhere else. Stop playing games with Lippi over the newspapers and look for a interested coach.
I absolutely agree with you, i considered DD to be an exception too, although he lacked serie A experience, he had me convinced that he has potential. I never expected him to resign and I was very much disappointed at the board for what they have done.

But now that we are in this situation, I think we need a coach that can quickly adapt and quickly throw us in the scudetto race. Lippi is ONE man for the job.

Ofcourse if he wont accept the role NOW, then we must immediately look elsewhere and forget Lippi for coaching role period!

I am very much against the young coach though, i mean aside from DD. I really cant see Juve having conte as coach or vialli. It doesnt send a clear enough picture of Juve's ambitions.
Go for somebody BIG in credentials or is proven in serie A. Prandelli, Spalleti and Delio Rossi are all very good coaches IMO, but I doubt we can get any of them.

he had 2 bad wcs and a even more disasterous euro. its not just the peno kicks but his style of play, i mean its not too de similar to crapello's long ball system where by all 11 players stand static and launch balls, in that case id sooner have crapello back just for the garantee of competativeness even at the cost of unhappiness of most, but then again im only speaking if it was between picking sven of crapello. and yes he did cripple the club cuz he and the lazio board spent sumthing like nearly 200mill on players like crespo and veron and never saw that money back.

no i wudnt blame him either, but at the same time the club can do without all the off pitch scandals, it wud not only tarnish sven more so, but the clubs name and distract the players.

Antonio Conte says NO to Juve: he said that last year, he was to be the assistant coach for DD, but the management was not that serious. Now, he refuses to come to Juve as an assiatnt coach because he won't work as an assistant ever, and he refuses the idea about becoming the coach until Lippi is ready to come back because that's not so professional.

Conte, you're the man  I hope you manage to save Arezzo.

We definetly need a big name, the first that comes to mind is Mourinho, because I really feel Lippi is unmotivated. He's on shaky ground with Abramovich and like I said, I think we could be just the challenge he needs to shut up his critics.

i just imagined how mourinho would bitch treat mancini and ancelotti the same way he treated wenger in the epl!! when he gave wenger the cold shoulder in front of the cams after the game.

You're welcoem, bisco.

Thought so but I didn't feel like translating all those articles through babelfish. Sometimes that's just a pain in the ass.
The last one is interesting though. In which Blanc says what the differences with DD were, and says many things about the new coach and his preference for him to be Italian, and he refused the idea of bringing back Capello because of the time he left the club at.
