damn, this thread is dead!!!!
What's there to talk about? We're all happy with our prefered distro. PCLOS :toast:

That said, anybody tried Dreamlinux 2.2? 2.0 version was a pretty slick Xfce desktop and I'm curious to see what they came up with now. The only downside of the distro is English support, their forums are mainly on portugese with not too many English users. Hope that improved over time..

i just reinstalled Fiesty a few days ago and installed Amarok, but mp3 support aint there! last time i fixed that it wasnt a small process, and im really lazy right now! and just realized Rhythmbox aint all too bad! so will stick with it for a few days!
Huh? Amarok just works for me. I installed Ubuntu, and then did a "sudo aptitude kubuntu-desktop" and got Amarok with it, with MP3 support! Even all media worked straight out of the box, I didn't install any codecs, which kinda confused me.

Yes, it also confused me when I installed Mint - Bianca and I updated to Kubuntu - Feisty. After the update all kinds of media worked out of the box.
