I never thought i'd see the day when Jalloud would come out and talk so openly against Gedaffi, big blow to the regime that was. As Abed said Jalloud was second in command for a long time, he was also one of the leaders of the free officer movement that toppled the king in 1969. He talks about Gedaffi out of experience, they were friends for over 30 years.
Tripoli is on fire right now, Soug el Jom3a and Tajoura are free of Gedaffi forces, Gedaffi forces are shelling several areas in Tripoli with Grad missiles. Rebels from Zawiya are entering from the west and joining the residents of Tripoli, soon enough rebels from Zliten, Tarhouna and Gheryan are going to b e coming in as well. Gedaffi's days are well and truly over, these are his last days.
Well what choice does he have? He either fights till the end, or goes to trial for war crime charges, which would be so easily proven against him of course. He doesn't help his case by going on live TV and warning to cleanse Libya of his opposition.
and ya sure he's nuts, its too bad you don't speak Arabic, his speeches are absolute comedy, us Arabs laugh our arses off listening to him speak, he says the stupidest things. Like Abed, said, yesterday he was saying that the crusaders and donkeys of the gulf are coming for your air conditioners, i mean what the fuck?

In Soug el Jom3a, the rebels are putting M'itiga military base under siege.
In Dreeby, 15 cars with 14.5mm anti tank weapons on them, entered Dreeby to help the rebels there. They were sent by Zintan rebels in the West.

Yes thats true. The international community took forever to intervene, and so many died, but they intervened in the end, and that is more than can be said in other countries with similar situations to us.
Ya, your right that we couldn't have done it without them, Benghazi and a few cities were liberated before NATO and coalition forces came in, but Gedaffi started to shell those cities by air, there was absolutely no way rebels would have been able to repel air bombardment on their own, so NATO intervening was an absolute necessity. Thank god, the revolution is nearing its end.

Snipers from Gedaffi forces positioning on top of buildings in el Nasr road
Rebels in Tajoura, Soug el Jom'a and Fashloum confirm that they have 50 prisoners from Gedaffi forces, some of them are mercenaries of African origin.
Rebels have liberated the Khamis military base in Tripoli, one of the largest military bases in Libya according to Sky News.
Sky News correspondent Alex Crawford from inside the military base, showing some files, which show lists of mercenaries brought in from Algeria, Chad, Niger and other African countries. It also shows files identifying people that were seen on TV participating in protests, so that they can arrest them when the chance allows it. Few governments are as bloody, sadistic and criminal as this Libyan regime, seriously.
