It's an clunky, ugly design. I just think it could have been made to look more pleasing to the eye with a better UI.

I guess there's truth to that. I'm not that much of a visual guy, what I liked the most last year was the balance between player values and the scoring system, I think they got that just right. Also the staff were super-responsive as I recall.
