The irony

You accuse baggio of being a biased Quag fanboy but you're exactly the same with Bonucci.
LOL nowhere near that level. You do know that Klin even admits he wants the 4-3-3 and for Bonucci to be dropped. Is that biased?

Chiellini has been really bad on occasion this year. He just has more of a cache amongst the Juve faithful

Please show some decency. I know Cagliari would.
I thought you never learn, but that's actually me. I won't speak to you anymore on this matter. You're hopeless and I couldn't care less.

You're on top of them
I am.

I'm not. Stop talking out of your ass for once. Go and read my posts and his in Quag's thread.

I'll say it again. What did he do that he deserves to be sold in this game? He's been nutmegged? He maded a tactical foul? Handsball? What?

Chiellini has awful ball playing skills and that's what people notice at times, missed easy pass or two, but his defending is of the highest level.
Except when he forgets his brain in the locker room, he's "masterclass".

Chiellini's criticism comes from the fact he's really retarded in possession and surges forward like Lucio at times only to lose the ball. But his 'defending' actually has been good or atleast improved a lot since the early part of the season.Much better than Bonucci.
 Absolutely. Chiello is old fashioned CB, but good at what he does. Bonucci's defensive weaknesses on the other hand, without Barza or Chiello to protect him, would get far more exposed.

The problem here is that if COnte insists on the 3-5-2, then a defender with the ball carrying skills of a Bonucci is is necessary.

Whether people like that or not, Juve don't have another central defender who can bring the ball up like Bonucci.

Ogbonna, Barzagli, and Chiellini are more defensive minded CB's.

Criticizing Chiellini while praising Bonucci is like criticizing the guy moving all the furniture while praising the guy holding the door.

Those criticizing Chiellini are those same guys who fap over Bonucci's ball playing skills but ignore his defending bit. What a coincidence ! :agree:

I believe Ogbonna CAN do that job.Thats why i want him starting over Bonucci.

Exactly.

I'm criticizing Chiellini for different reasons I'm praising Bonucci for. You of all should understand this.

Again, Bonucci and Chiellini have different tasks in this team. If you don't want players like Bonucci starting for this team, then pray Conte would change to a 4-3-3.

If we're playing Bonucci because 'nobody else can do his job in the 3-5-2' then I think it's more clear than ever, that we need to run away from 3-5-2 and never look back

He's not Maldini, he's not Thuram ffs. Somebody of his 'decent' quality does not warrant a team like Juventus sticking to a system for.

Of course we need a couple of signings to move away from the 3-5-2, but we've got plenty of opportunities to do so.
