Dont fool your selves, serie B has always been, is and always will be "fixed" in a degree.
We will run out of Italian players if we dont wont to relate with cheaters in any way...

If Bonucci was not our player, he would probably escape that fate and for that we must take responsibility and guarantee him a place after his return.
With that moral obligation.

Officially though, we must protect our image. Conte, when asked to cheat, he made the opposite.
Even if it was just rumors or fool talk, he took no risks. He did the right thing, Bonucci didnt, no excuses here...
esp if it proved that he made a profit out of it...
Officially we must make all the legal actions and press announcements, in order to differentiate Juventus, from that kind of actions.
Esp after all we have been. The focus should be on what kind of image we reflect on the media upon this and not much actual measures vs Bonucci.

And since we dont know in what kind of state Bonucci will return after a year, we should buy a new CB, capable of playing at Chiello and Barza level, at least for two years.

Like someone mentioned already, he was like 20 years old when he got involved in fixing that match. People make mistakes. He gave his all so far with us and to be honest I don't see him repeating the same mistake with us. He's more mature now and besides, it's not like he has such an influence in Juve that he'd be able to fix a match or something.
But if he is actually a 100% proven match fixer, thats nothing a fucking minor mishap, its cheating at highest order when it comes to footballers, its unexcusable and not something to take lightly.

Yep.
It surprises me to read that many fans would be fine with having a match fixer in the squad. IF it gets proven, obviously.

Might want to think it through, before yelling fuck FIGC or similar platitudes. But I know that's asking a bit much.

In a system where you are guilty until you prove your innocence, I couldn't care less what message we'd be sending. Even if Bonucci will be cleared of all charges, people will still hate on us for keeping him and will label him as a cheater. So why not stand by him?
I'm not talking about what should happen if the court decides to fuck us. I'm talking about what should happen if he really was involved in matchfixing. A player proven guilty of matchfixing simply doesn't deserve to play for Juventus. It's really that simple.

Indeed, lets wait until its proven, but IMO its prolly more likely he is guilty in this scenario then not prolly. And if he is really guilty and proven to be so, I dont care if its 1 year or 10 years, how the heck are you supposed to defend a friggin match fixer.

It was all an elaborate FIGC plot to wait till Juve signed him and then to reveal that he was a match fixer.

Agree to that.

But plea bargaining isn't necessarily and admission of guilt either. Sometimes it's done because the trial process would be risky and/or painfully long. Sometimes it might even be done with influence from a club or others to put an end to things. The FIGC isn't exactly an exemplary fair and just court either -- you'd be better off with a drug charge in 1970s Turkey sometimes.

Hmmmmm......ummmmmmmm.......weeellllllllll....

FUCK THE FIGC, those incompetent pig fuckers!

:p

In all seriousness though, considering what this club has previously been through - in massive part due to the sheer incompetence of the FIGC - I'm not sure anyone really needs a whole lot of time to think, before screaming "fuck the FIGC".

I don't believe there's a statute of limitations on those type of remarks, not for Juve fans.

:D

If you have some concrete information, please enlighten us. I have yet to see proof that he is guilty, and the theoretical concept of someone being guilty until proven innocent is not something I can get behind in any way, shape, or form. Totally ass-backwards.

I have no confidence in this kangaroo court, and it's disheartening to know that it isn't out of the realm of possibility that the pleas of our men could be conditioned by the club's previous interactions with this absolute joke of an organization.

Anyway. I'll save my judgment for judgment day.
