Source Pep: 'I have two years left on my deal and, unless they kick me out, I will continue.'

Source: Random Twitter account with 0-200 followers, Pep will leave City for Juve.

Lets believe twitter or VS guru or whatever.

Has Chelsea or Sarri denied anything about Juventus? Has Sarri said he is staying (like Pep has). I mean the rumours of Sarri and Juventus is everwhere, the normal thing would be for Chelsea or/and Sarri to go out and deny it. But nothing has happened.

If you look at the situation, everything points at Sarri.
Preach.

Even transfer rumors (Cancelo, Chiesa) indicate no Pep, yes Sarri.

Get ready, Sarri deniers, it's happening...

#Juventus in these last 12 days has done everything except to push #Sarri out of the #Chelsea. Because it was confirmed to me that until last night they did not establish direct contact with #Chelsea
[Momblano]

#Paratici has done everything but working on the manager.
[Momblano]

#Sarri is no fool, he will not free himself from #Chelsea until he is sure that #Juventus & #Guardiola is off the table. In my opinion he knows how to freel himself from #Chelsea, he will give up money.

That's easy

He is still tactically mediocre and naive tho, he lost most big games in Serie A and EPL, and was below average in EL and CL with Napoli. Defenitely has not shown he can adapt or adjust both tactically and mentally when the pressure rises.
Regarding Serie A - he won the away 1v1 with Juve in the 91 point season, thats not below average. Ended up losing the title when the team physically collapsed, but thats not because of lacking in big games, thats shortage of resources

Physically collapsed?

So just after beating Juventus his team physically collapsed against a mid-table Viola and got absolutely massacred with a Scudetto on the line?

You Sarri fanbois are hilarious.

Dude failed to rotate at all, ADL bitched about Sarri not using any of the bench players all the time, so it’s 100% on him, the so-called “physical collapse”. Add to that, it was a mental collapse clearly, and that’s on the coach, he even whined and bitched about losing the Scudetto in the hotel room while watching our game.

Dude is a super-cringe whiner.

I took the liberty to underline the key word here, as I feel it describes Sarri perfectly. The "I almost won this, I almost achieved that" coaches are more than okay for the "We are almost a top club and we are almost winning silverware" teams. Juventus is more than that and the club deserves more than a Sarri.

Also, you did the Tuz thing - twist some facts/statements and carefully choose some words to fit your agenda. By your statement you should also agree that Allegri almost won the Champions League twice, which is way more than almost winning the Serie A once. It feels strange for a Sarri supporter to point out things like budget sizes and having better teams who are in another league and rating his performance as good, but when it comes to Allegri same excuses like budget sizes and having better teams in another league doesnt count, he is labelled a failure for winning only everything possible in Italy and not in CL and people asked for his head.

I dont see a problem in admitting that every time we were defeated in CL we were defeated by a better team, this year included . Historically each one of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern M and Ajax is more successful than us in ECC/CL. Bar Ajax every club has bigger budget and with that is in another league, thanx to the management we managed to close that gap significantly. Yet people needed/wanted more and support a change just for the sake of changing, but that can easily backfire and could bring us real failure seasons, not like "failing to win a treble" seasons that we got used to under Allegri, a Napoli/Inter/Roma/Milan type of failure seasons.

Going from the world class coach Max Allegri to Maurizio "the almost" Sarri is an undeniable downgrade, no matter how "good" the latter did with his lesser clubs in his 30 years career as a manager.
There's a lot of logical fallacy in this post.

"Arteta, Buenaventura and Planchart, collaborators of #Guardiola, have the contract expiring in 18 days. It seems to me a strange little thing that the contract has not yet been renewed. Does it seem normal to you? Buenaventura and Planchart have been with Pep since the Barcelona days."

Sarri finished second but that doesn’t matter, he is amazing because hurr durr 91 pts.

Sarri gets a poor 71 points, and finishes 3rd. Points don’t matter, finishing 3rd is all that matters.

Sarri is a loser because he didn't won the league while there was a better team.
With this in mind , i would say Allegri is a loser too, he lost two finals against better teams.

It's just matter of prospective i would say.
Calling our legend of a coach who won 11 trophies here a loser. All in the name of defending a chainsmoking hobo who has won a single trophy in his career and isn’t even our coach currently.

Classy Juve fan. :baus:

You must have not followed Sarri at Chelsea at all.

And missed Napoli's/ADL's directives of only focusing on Serie A.

My friend is from Spain and they were showing Pep on TV now.

The journalist asked him if he's happy in City and if his Spanish fans will watch him in sky blue next year again. He replied: "I am very happy in City. I want to stay but that's up to the club. The FFP situation is very complicated. I want to stay, I do, but if I were to leave I will do it only for a historically important club in other top league in the world.
Then the journalist said: "Barca?" Pep replies: "Barca is a big club". Journalist: "Juventus, Bayern?". Pep: "Bayern already has a coach" and he smiled. PSG? "I said only City or top leagues".

Bad news for City and good news for us!
