Van der vaart is an incredible player.I have always wanted him at Juventus, and i was stunned to see a player of his quality go to Hamburg and that too for such a small fee.If he's available now,i think we should definatley do all we can to get him.He could be the ideal Nedved replacement.

Valencia is near to sign Sneijder it seems. But not VDV. About VDV there are a lot of Rumours as for Klose too. It seems that they have met the Bayern Direction in a Hote in Hannover but both sayd that this wasnt true. Bayern is searching a Nr. 10 to replace Ballack and this season its clear that they have not a "game" because they need a Nr. 10 to reorganize the game. So they are also looking for Diego but himself sayd that he is not interessted to join Bayern. And probably as for Diego as for VDV the Italian League could be more interesting as the German League. For sure if Bayern will not play in the CL.

You serious? Bayern is bigger than Juventus?

How so?
I wouldn't say they are bigger or that we are bigger as well. Both clubs are hailed as the biggest of their respective nations, we are more succesful in our domestic leauge they are more succesful in Europe. It depends how you look at it, but I definetly wouldn't say we are a bigger club, it can't be compaired IMO. Both Germany and Italy are great footballing nations, both of them won a lot of WC's and CL's. Italy's leauge is stronger in the last decade or so but there were times when Bundesliga clubs were winning the CL, Dortmund, HSV, Eintracht, etc. IMO you can't say we are bigger than them, there isn't a club that's the biggest in the world, in it's country yes, but clubs like Juve, Bayern fall in the same basket.

umm Cause Juve is a bigger name?
I dont think Juventus are bigger than Bayern.I cant say anything about their worldwide support, but Bayern have been as dominant in Germany as Juventus have been in Italy, and Bayern pawn Juventus when it comes to Europe.Though the case that the Serie A has probably been the stronger league can be argue, but i think Bayern and Juventus are pretty much at the same level.Currently,a player would prefer going to them over us because they have a better team, and can offer better cash.

hmm guess so, but honestly as a football brand I think only Real and MU (and maybe Milan) can compete with Juve worldwide.

PS and we did kick their asses 3 times out of 4 matches we played (all time) :D

That is undebateable I think, but I don't think that would matter to a player that much. I hardly doubt a player makes a decision based on which club sells more jerseys in China. :D We have a much bigger fanbase than Bayern true, but Bayern always has full stadiums, we don't.

But look who Bayern plays against and who Juve will... I mean When a player goes to Bayern he thinks to himself: "ok so, now I'm gonna become a German champion", when he comes to Juve... he'll be like: "oh shit, now im gonna play against the likes of Milan, Inter, Roma, Lazio, Fiorentina"

dont know, but to me that sounds a lot more chalenging and attractive...

PS and right now Juve has truly legandary names (DP, Gigi, Nedved), the percpective of playing with those guys also mouthwatering, no?

PPS and Italy is a more interesting country than Gemany ever was :D

That all depends on how you look at it. Like I said in the last decade or so Italy has a stronger leauge but it wasn't always like that. Right now, had we not been relegated, I think we would have a much better chance of getting a player than Bayern. But the way things are, they are ahead of us IMO. They have better finances and a better reputation then us.
