they have Cobolli's quotes but f*ck do I hate it when we publicly declare interest in a player. Frings, Milito...

Juts shut the f*ck up and do the deal without the whole world knowing it. They better have that option ready and use it. If not then his value will just go up and Klass will end up in England.
Do you have more info on Huntelaar negotiations, Mark? :)

I hope Diego will become official as well that would be a great Christmas
Doubt it.

If Huntelaar does infact come, then im afraid it will be the end of Trezeguet at Juventus.Huntelaar is one for the future?Yes he is.But he's 24 now.He isnt a talented teenager anymore,or someone that you can buy,and then loan out to another team and let him develop.Neither can you mix him in the first team slowly. If he's coming, then he will have to be a first team regular.I doubt it very much that Huntelaar would want to come to Turin to play second fiddle to Trezeguet for a couple of years and then become a first team regular.IMO this is shaping up like the Inzaghi-Trezeguet thing.

Either Huntelaar would be signed, and Trezeguet will be sold this summer,or a year after Huntelaar's arrival,to accomodate the former in Juventus's lineup on a regular basis.Or we wont sign Huntelaar at all and Trezeguet will continue to lead our attack in the future too.I simply cannot see Huntelaar and Trezeguet in the same squad, let alone the same first team.Trezeguet wouldnt want a role on the bench, nor would Huntelaar want it on his first forieng outing.Id be pretty surprised if Huntelaar isnt given some sort of assurances regarding his and Trezeguet's position at Juventus.

Agreed. As much As I like Huntelaar, I would not sign him at Trez's expense. I'd rather we look for a player that is in his late teens/early twenties to replace Trez Gradually.

huntelaar coming here would mean that he knows that he has to play second fiddle to trez for a while to come. trez is possibly at his peak right now, and is one of our greatest assets. but he is slightly injury prone:xfinger: , and may also suffer from fatigue, and next season will be a long one when we make our scudetto and CL bids.

hunter has like his chances of getting playing time here, where trez would be his only real competition. at chelsea there is drogba, kalou, pizarro, sheva. man u has rooney, tevez, saha:sick: . arsenal, van persie, adebayor, eduardo, bendnter, walcott. real, barca, inter, etc...

I don´t agree. I think Huntelaar (or any other similar striker) is a must signing. Hunter knows he will get the starting spot in a 2 years time and lead our attack. We have to think for the future. I see Hunter already getting decent chance next season if we play on 2 fronts (CL + Serie A). Trezegol is not going to last forever and he can be rotated sometimes. Hunter knows what he is doing. He doesn´t neccesarily have to get the 1st team spot right after moving to a big club, bigger and more prestige than Ajax.

I fully support this deal.

Im all for the Huntelaar deal, but if other big teams move in for him and offer him a guaranteed first team spot, would he want to come to Juventus and accept being rotated with Trezeguet for 2-3 years?I dont think he would. At 24,he'd want to play regularly and solidify his place in the Dutch NT.He wont fancy waiting to become a regular at Juventus till he's 26-27.

Trezeguet and Huntelaar CANNOT co-exist in the same team, especially at Juventus because we dont play with two all out strikers upfront. One all out striker will play upfront, flanked by a support striker which will most likely be Iaquinta, with Del Piero being rotated from the bench. You cant put both Huntelaar and Trezeguet in a trident either.Only one of them will need to be in the centre, with the support strikers alongside them,IF a trident is employed.

I dont see a Trezeguet-Huntelaar pairing being used.

Iaquinta/Del Piero-Trezeguet/Huntelaar is much more realistic, but the question is will Trezeguet and Huntelaar accept being rotated?I dont think so.

If we use that phantom option he won't have a choice to join us + there's the CL :xfinger:, Coppa and scudetto to go for so a turnover is necessary.

Never. Huntelaar is for the future.
You want to bench him?

We are OFFICALLY chasing someone... am I only one who hear such thing for the 1st time?
Yeah, what's official about that. When he wears an Juve jersey it will be official.

I really don't care who comes either Hunterlaar or Benzema or even an unknown Japanese player as long as he score and does his job.

PS: But it would be nice to see Hunterlaar at Juve for the future.
