We don't need him, end of story. No matter how young or good he is. WE DON'T NEED HIM. Not this season and not the next. Trez has at least 2 good seasons in him and we must exploit that. Iaquinta can only get better. What's the use of Huntelaar? Him and Trez can't co-exist and neither will accept a rotational role.
Yes, well said.

I know that just wanted to see your reaction, lol.:D

PS: I think that it is very unlikely that he will join Real Madrid since he and his family have been Barca supporters.
yes definitely..if he ever is going to leave Arsenal its going to be for Barca..no one else especially not Madrid..although they did make a formal approach to him last summer..he said it himself.

Why do you guys all insist Hunter and Trez cannot play together? I don't see why not, it is a different look to the little/big forward line that we traditionally have played but still, look at Kuyt/Torres at Liverpool..

Our forwards are great right now so I understand not fixing something unbroken, but next year will hopefully include CL commitments as well so, 1 more competition, 1 more forward. Maybe we eventually see Hunter/Trez with Giovinco in the hole..

if we sign the Hunter then we have no excuse but to play a 4-3-3, think about it
Trez or Huntelaar in the centre and Palla, Del Piero, Camo, Marchionni or Iaquinta on the wings. You can pick the wingmen if you want to play more defensively or offensively. Tiago would also benefit a great deal to play in his trusted position in midfield and if we can get Lampard as well that would mean a midfield trio of Tiago, Nedved and Lampard with Marchisio, Covinco etc as backups, that would seriously rock.. It would also be more entertaining.
I know it is no reference but I play it all the time in CM and I hardly ever lose.

a Kuyt - Torres partnership is very different than a Tez- Hunter partnership..Kuyt is more of a striker that works hard for his teammates, while torres is the fox in the box.

Trez and the Hunter are both box strikers..and they would probably bump into each other too much..imo theres a low chance of it working.

Why the hell you people don´t understand some things? Who are you to say Huntelaar will claim the starting spot immdieately? Nobody can ask for that after joining a new club, especially if he comes from another country. There is no starting spot reserved for any player. He has to earn it. We will play on 2 fronts and both Trezeguet and Huntelaar will get a lot of chances. Huntelaar is not asling for first team football immediately, he is aksing for a move to a big club and in 2 years time he would definitely be a starter.

Remember Trezeguet´s case? He was a young star when he came to Juventus but he couldn´t steal Inzaghi´s spot for a while. He even played quite a lot of matches together with Inzaghi on the field. So much about 2 same kind of players can´t play together. Huntelaar and Trezeguet can play together if needed provided that there is good playmaker behind them.

come on Turk, Zlatan came back to get the ball. Trez and Hunter are too similar. Zlatan sucked in his 2nd season because he wanted more $$$ and leave Juve. If he had some brains it would have been the perfect match up front.

I wish ppl would stop worrying about what would happen to the other strikers if KJH arrives in Turin.

We need as an absolute minimum 3 world class strikers at the club at all times.

If Huntelaar arrives, and I hope he does, Trez will be really happy for the club.

Trezeguet, Iaquinta, Huntelaar, Del Piero, Palladino

This could be our attack department next year. Not bad I'd say, but do we want Palla as a fifth striker? Unless Ranieri wants him as a winger (maybe in a 433) it'll be hard to keep him happy.
