Have to agree with this, he's the sort of player to bring on when you're already winning and need to run down the clock or have him run at tired legs. However, he is not starter material, he comes across as being counter productive as a starter.

There's way too much space between our midfield and attack in this 3-5-2. We have no connection in the middle of the pitch which forces Dybala to drop way deep and then only have Mandzukic ahead of him to link up with. 3-4-1-2 would work much better. Use Pogba forward, to connect the midfield to attack, rather than wasting Dybala's predator instincts up by the box.
