Anyone got a .gif or vid of that amazing Marchisio heel control touch?

Already?

Both DC and Licht can play as wingbacks and offer decent games. Again, we don't have any wingers bar Vucinic. There's nobody for the right side (no, Isla cannot play there) and we can only pray that Mirko doesn't get injured, because we don't have anyone to cover him as well.

Vucinic has been awful.

Quag frustrating but has improved as the half has gone on.

Think Pogba has to do far more than he is at the moment. Genoa are just sticking FF and Immobile on him and he is making no attempt to move into the space behind them. As a result the defenders need to bring it out further which they aren't really doing.

De Ceglie has been very good. Covered well defensively, made a couple of nice runs with intelligent crosses.

Barzagli/Bonucci also been good.

Funny how I kind of expect these flat performances between notable games now.

Winning this game would be really useful, with Napoli at Parma and the chance to go +8 of Lazio at least, and the CL to come soon.

I'd even go with Giaccherini for Marchisio and Matri for Quagliarella. I don't think Vuci-Quag works, they are on a different wavelength. And Marchisio looks barely 70% fit.

Our strikers need much better service. Both strikers are having a bad game, but a part of the reason is the absolute lack of movement from the midfield and our strikers. Half the balls quag and vooch receive are chest high shots that they need to control while being closed down by minimum three guys. Midfield and wings need to step up and offer options, strikers need to do it simple and just pass to the available options.

Pogba is MIA and Quag and Vucinic are awful out there. I really wonder how we're going to turn this one around, sub in Giovinco in the 60th minute and go 4-3-3 imo.

For a ballpossesion team. This is the worst ever.

-We have like 20 games this season, where we only had like 53% ballpossesion.
-We have some of the worst passers. Do they even train in it?
-A ballpossesion team require that you sometimes do a first touch and not holding the ball for 30 mins.

Last season, we had like 65% ball possesion every game, expect against Milan. And they could actually pass it. All thanks to 433 which technically transforms to a 451 sometimes.

Slow half with some shy intense periods. We were the better team but our final touch sucks, nothing new. Same same.

Anelka does not look so bad now. I am actually not against the player just against the policy that he was acquired with. Let's bag this early in the second, Pogba has to wake up a bit and De Ceglie keeps doing tricks.
Policy for spot on. We looked to sign somebody to help us till the end of the season when we have Llorente coming. He can offer great matches and like I said he's better than both Quag and Matri. Hell, he can be our 4th striker for the next season as well. Signing a great striker (Lopez) was not something we can expect to be done, especially with Llorente coming, it was just not possible at any case to have all Vucinic, Giovinco, Llorente and Lopez.

I actually can't wait to see Anelka here, kinda sick of our current situation.

Your strikers get the ball then lose it.

nothing to do with service when all they do is lose the ball every time they get it

Yes it is, because Giovinco can't play there and he never played there.

Mind as well put Isla there. It makes no sense. He's not a winger, he was a weak one even on the left side which was his strongest, I don't even want to imagine him on the right.
