What runs? We need established play before the strikers can male good runs, this way the midfield are just rocketing the ball up the centre and hoping that vuci or quags do something brilliant with it.

established play comes with maintaining ball control & possession...neither striker gave us that in the first half.

Mirko is, without a doubt. It suits him better.

Giovinco isn't. We've seen him as a winger in 4-3-3 on the left side and he was bad, it's not his position, no. He's a SS and that only suits him.

And I'm saying that we don't have any other option for those wingers which yet again makes 4-3-3 pointless because Giachh is not a winger either, nor is Marchisio. You can't expect Vucinic and Giovinco (out of position) to play there on every match, every minute. It just makes no sense.

Just to add - I think 4-3-3 is an amazing formation. I'm just saying that we don't have players for it.
