the latter portion of the 1st half was brilliant but overall we are not playing too poorly. our defense needs to get in sync and tighten up -- especially grosso. he's getting owned by ceravolo back there.

gio settled down a bit near the end of the half. he gets worked off the ball to easily. diego-gio-camo can be unstoppable if they get on the same page.

caceres is the weak link on the field for us right now, just not up to par. poulsen has been decent too

we need to sustain this pace and momentum in the 2nd half

Caceres looking really weak.

Poulsen almost our best player this half, Camo's 2nd calm decision goal comes out of experience:smile:

Hopefully Trezeguet will score the 3rd... Oh and please no Tiago tonight.

We played decent, and then scored the chances we got. Apart from a few shakey moments at the back, that's what ur supposed to do in an away game in these circumstances. I won't complain.

Nice cross from Caceres on David's disallowed goal.

No time to relax in the 2nd. I'd like to see Immobile get some minutes though.

Hasnt been a vintage performance at all, but fuck Im happy to be up 0-2 at the break. Mauro Camoranesi is a fucking legend, we need him to stay healthy this season at all costs.

Its going to be a hard half to maintain our concetration, last weeks result is obviously going to play on our minds so it will be a tough one for the lads. I'd just love one more goal to really kill Atalanta and end the game for them.

The conditions there look fucked! It gets really cold in Northern Italy from this time of the year.
