As for a CB... there's lots of CBs out there... Secco just can't be afraid to spend some euros... no one gives good players away for free.

But Ranieri won't adapt... he hasn't done so all season. He's even too afraid of playing the 4-3-3.

And even if Secco puts out the cash, I don't think he has the negotiating skills to get the deal done. Actually, I know he doesnt.
