I am not sure about what you said, but if you are, then that could be offside. But it is the first ever time I heard that opponents (Defenders') team position is irrelevant for an offside position, I always knew it's always about the opponents position, and the rest doesn't matter, even if the ball passed to behind or forward.

I have to admit that I like Salihamidzic as a RB. Tiago's punch against Locatelli was horrible,there are no excuses and it should have been a straight red. Despite that I think Tiago was ok so far. Oh and forza Milan,go Kaka and hammer your rivals aka the Argentinians.
