Thuram? Maybe some tactical decision to keep him for Basel :undecide:

Davids down the left exchanging ball with Pessoto. Davids was fouled. FK to Juve abt 20 metres. Nedved took it, but ended up with nothing.

Oded: that's the price we pay for not having enough competent midfielders in the squad. Some times players need to rest, and this is a game we should be able to win regardless. We have another game on wednesday and we can take Milan totally out of the scudetto race next week.

Birrindelli exchanging ball with Zambrotta on the right. Cross over to the left to Pessotto. Pessotto loses ball, and gave away to Modena player. Danger for us. Buffon manages to save.

Is that serious Tom Lippi wanted Thuram to play left wing where did you get this crazy info and surely that has done thuram no good refusing to play but left wiing does sound a bit stupid although we cant really criticise Lippi as he made some great moves against depor
