If diego comes great, I seriously doubt he will though.

Although an attacking mid would be nice we still need to consider our defense. Right now it's flat out terrible. For now we have neddy, and although some might not consider almiron and tiago attacking, they like to jump up into the play. You can also add on cammo if we keep him. So while an attacking mid would be nice it shouldn't be our first priority. We need a cb, if not 2, and we need a replacement for trez if he leaves. So my thinking is if trez stays we get 2 cb's, or 1 cb and a cdm. If trez goes we get 1 cb and a replacement for trez. You can't build a winning team in a year, just worry about the essential's right now.

That's just my opinion....
well dont doubt diego's move, everyone doubted tiago

He was a starter most of the time.

They reached the quarter finals twice in the past 3 years.

Di Natale,Muntari and even Pinzi arent average.
1.I don't remember that he was starter most of the time.
2.Quarter finals are success, but many people expected much more from them.
3.They aren't big shots either.

Lippi thinks Iaquinta is the best signing we could have got.

maybe this will refresh your memory;)

The talented Portugal international proved a useful performer last term for Chelsea, regularly filling in a variety of positions across Jose Mourinho's midfield following a move from Benfica, but it now appears his spell in the capital is drawing to a close

He has made 52 appearances for The Blues since joining from Benfica last summer but is leaving Stamford Bridge to secure regular football this season.

The capital increase was for about 70m pounds, or 100m euros.

Total Spending and Selling

100m

In:
Molinaro - 0?
Grygera - 0
Criscito - 5.25m
Nocerino - 3.7m
Salihamidzic - 0
Tacchinardi - 0
Miccoli - 0
Iaquinta - 11.3m
Gastaldello - 0
Almiron - 7m
Tiago - 15m

= 42.25

Out:
Balzaretti - ?
Kovac - 0
Tudor - 0
Bojinov - 0

= 0 (???? We haven't made ANY money on our transfers?)

Net change in budget: -42.25m

Budget remaining (assuming the whole capital increase goes to transfers): 57.75m

Another way of looking at the transfers

100m

In:
Molinaro - 0?
Grygera - 0
Criscito - 5.25m
Nocerino - 3.7m
Salihamidzic - 0
Tacchinardi - 0
Miccoli - 0
Iaquinta - 3.7m per year
Gastaldello - 0
Almiron - 3m per year
Tiago - 6.5m per year

= 22.15 spent this year

Out:
Same, 0

Net change this year: -22.15m
Budget remaining from original: 77.85m

But we have to pay the Iaquinta, Almiron, and Tiago deals eventually, so...who knows what that means, could be that we'd just make enough profit next year for that not to be a problem.

I can only think of one word to describe our new midfield, versatile.

Very gd signings till now... Iaquinta, Tiago, Grygera n Almiron follow Juve's policy of signing players at their peak age (26-28yrs old)!! N the addition of the youngsters will help us a lot in coppa italia where i expect Juve to go n win it... Sali will provide good cover by the fact he's very versatile...
Only hic remaining now is will trezeguet n camo stay? n we badly need new central defenders...
Hope will guet barzagli n milito if not garay n pepe will be very good substitute to them i think...
    Forza Juve...
cant wait to the new season... :p

    almiron 3m(9 in 3 years)
    iaquinta 4m(12 in 3 years)
    Nocerino - 3.7m

    total 18m

    we sold balzaretti for 4m

    we have a lot money

That too, but a while back we would make profits during the season. People shouldn't think we didn't lose money after the relegation. Now we're simply rich because someone gave it to us.

:) its true that Juve always ended the mercato in a very positive manner... n i was very proud of that... n now we r witnessing all troubles that Inter n Milan r facing due to their over-spending mercato's...
