Yes I recall the contest they set up, it was for the 3rd kit which is the green one (they gave you the green base and you get to edit the shit out of it). There had to be better at least some renditions which where were better than that shitfest.

Also, I dont recall there being a contest to design the shitty zebra style that I'm seeing. these must be BS kits designed by some blind fans.

Here I pulled out some official contestant-edits:

Pink with Green, don't have to say much more.

The red and green stripes are way too thin and way too bright.

The person who made this realizes this is a football kit and not a souvenir you buy before you leave your vacation right?

Horrible looking kits. Very amateur.Really hate the star on the shoulders. We probably should take designs with italy flag on them seriously.
the scond jersey is better and looks cool. It's pretty easy doing it properly.

I would have expected a different kind of design with new logo but no this ugly jersey. home jersey would look better with the patches and new logo.
