Yes and we gave a priority on this bench and have decided to use Molinaro, Legro/Mellberg, Grygera and Marchionni as starters!!!
I don't mind fixing the bench, but not when we have starters who are aging who originally weren't that good and injury prone (e.g. Zebina). Fix the starting players and then add players for rotations then fix the bench.
But never the less, if they were happy with the starting 11 and wanted to fix the bench then at least fix them with worthy players and not by blowing 80 million euros while we are in need for every penny.

If only we could fax this page to Torino :)

Management just blown away 80 million!! Gosh! That is madness indeed to get such players for that amount of money.
Believe it or not we have blown more than 80 million euros when you start calculating how much are we paying them every month. Boumsong was taking 2.5 million euros a year and he was maybe the worst player to wear Juventus shirt ever.

Heh, well it does sound strange but it can't really go like that.We had to buy many average/good players so we could build a team that can hold it's ground and so we could later invest it in the world class players.I see the reason of their arival but we didn't count on so many of them to choke here which killed our plans.
It's not 80mln because Sissoko and Amauri are great and Iaquinta is decent while I still think that we can count on Poulsen.
Lets see average/good players + world class players (e.g. Del Piero) would make you able to surpass some weak opponent we lost against this year. We got bought worthless players. NOT JUVE MATERIAL. We are not lazio or fiorentina or even Roma. Those teams have their ambitions as high as reaching the CL. Our ambition is to win all titles.

I am not saying Sissoko and amuari are not good. But we did spend close to 100 million euros on players and we did not get in return the performance of a team who has just received 100 million euros worth of reinforcement on players.

So now it's 100mln? :p It was ~80 so minus Sissoko and Amauri transfer it's 55mln.I'm not saying that it's a good thing lol, but no need to raise it and exaggerate now.

    We made many mistakes, yes.

did you read it in 2 minutes:shocked2:

    it should be cronios effect
:D Some part of it but now I did.

It has some good points but I don't like goal.com when it comes to transfer and so.

    Dusie?Really? :D

Football is no different. The nice guy, who has no enemies, ends his career with an empty trophy cabinet – Claudio Ranieri being the perfect example. The callous and cold-blooded coach, who is prepared to win by any means, retires having won everything in the game – Jose Mourinho and Fabio Capello being two such illustrations.

    Exactly why I like him.

I agree about Poulsen but I don't agree when it comes to Amauri because we needed him as much as we need a better defense now.
When we started the new season, we had the first two scorers and Iaquinta and Palla and Giovinco coming!!

How can you say that we needed him as we needed the defenders we never had neither then or now???
Amauri could do nothing to help our defense or our flanks. And did nothing.
He was a useful acquisition, because he will be our first option in the future.
And only because Treze was not available for a large part of the season. But we couldnt predict that, so the need for Amauri was lesser than the need for quality defender and winger starters! He was not a priority, as far as our planing was concerned. Just like Cassano isnt now.
For ex, we new that Zebina is far more injury prone than Treze and chance are that he will miss one more year, as he did the ones before.
We willingly chose to use Grygera as a starter. Because we have no other player to use for that position. In the forward line, we had three more champions and, possible two youngsters waiting.
If you cant see what were our pre-season priorities you are just a hypocrite. Because we all agreed we need a better RB last year and no one said our problem lies in the two first scorers of serie A.
So now it's 100mln? :p It was ~80 so minus Sissoko and Amauri transfer it's 55mln.
and it is nearly 100mil, if you add the small mistakes like paying nearly 7.5-9.5 for Criscito's half and then throw it away just like that in a few months. The salaries we were forced to pay on Andrade, half of Almiron and Tiago, despite the fact, they flopped and we kept them only because of Secco's inability to offload them. The sums we have thrown away like that, for overpriced players and players who were not priorities, if used properly, could give for more optimal results. We had the available sums t build a competitive team. And with a couple more acquisitions this year, we could present a title contender!!
But instead, we sacrificed all that for the momentary gains we never benefited...

We should fix our starter positions first!!
Playing with Molinaro, Grygera, Kegro and MArchionni as starters, cannot justify the need of having Amauri as DP',Treze's and IAquinta's sub.
Marchionni isn't a starter. Camoranesi is. Yesterday's match was probably the only one where Camo was fit to play 90 minutes and didn't start the match.

You keep saying for months that Marchionni is a starter, and it is true that he was starting the matches, but it was only because the main MR in the team was injured most of the time, and that's something we couldn't predict before the season started.

It's just like saying that Manninger is a starter.

You're right about the defense, though.
