You know he was really close to buying AS Roma couple of months ago through his small oil company called "Nafto-Moskva", but then after Italian Tax Inspectors ran several searces in Roma's offices the deal never happened.
damn,we missed a chance to laugh at AS Roma.
I bet Roma will become another Inter if he bought it.

:) Or it could become another Chelsea

Roma is in serious trouble and as far as I know they are still not sure how they will pay off their debts.

Sorry for my chicken memory bro, but what were we talking about? :)
Noup, I'm sorry, probably this is my bad... But I told few weeks ago that Morientes will go back to real, and everybody disagreed...

That's true. But Morientes doesn't get much playing time in Real unless somebody gets injured. And Real still have Ronaldo, Raul and Portillo.

I wonder when his contract expires with Madrid.

After this season, he has two seasons left...

That means that Real has time until next summer to decide what to do with him, before they may lose him. He will also be featured at the EURO this summer. He is now 28... I think he can play for several more years.

They might use him as part of Emerson deal... After all, Cambiasso leaves and Guti is too bad, they need Emerson...

Ok im new to this forum stuff but here it goes,

i live in california but i watch the juve games every weekend on rai. overall my heart is obviously with juve but i dont realy "dislike" any fo the other serie a teams, except inter. for me inter is just a pure example of football gone wrong and corrupted, and in my opinion the worst instigator of this behavior is vieri. im sure you guys will correct me, but i thnik vieri is wayyyyy past his high point, hes possibly the worst team player ever (i only ever see him *****ing at his other teammates), and hes destined to bring juve even farther into the slump theyre in.

i thnik its clear that juve need changes and arent functioning well at the moment, so if we need to rebuild parts of the team, why the hell should we bring in one of the main players of the only team that is even more screwed up at the moment.

ill always be a juve fan, and it hurts to say this but i will almost be embarassed if i see vieri playing in the delli alpi next year. i think hes just going to bring us farther into the hole we got into.

i know he was a former juve, and i wasnt old enough to see him back then, but from what ive seen he's the worst possible person to bring into juve over the summer. (well maybe gattuso is an exception)

um sorry im slightly new at this i see it everywhere im jsut wondering what does "IMO" mean/stand for?

thanks

welcome to the forums IMO= in my opinion.

Nothing to correct here. Yes, Bobo has great talent, and he can score, but he's not a team player at all, and he may be burning himself out with the nightlife and the models. And he'll turn on the fans in a minute if they give him any guff at all. Who needs the tantrums?

Gotta disagree here. I would love to see Juve get Gattuso. We need a tough ball winner in midfield since Davids left (or was left). Did you see the Roma match last week? Gattuso got hit in the back of the head with a flare from the Roma section (who did these people think they were, Lazio fans?), stayed down for thirty seconds, walked off, and was back in player a minute later. It would take a bazooka to stop Gattuso, and that's what we need at Juve now. Players who refuse to lose no matter what.

Is Viery really like that? I have heard the opposite, that he has a very nice personality and normally he is very nice to people.

He's had bad relationship with Inter, in particular Cuper, and now with Zach.

In terms of Gattuso, I am sure lots of people would like to see him at Juve, but I doubt that Milan sells him.

I don't know, Vieri strikes me as an arrogant git. The dude never smiles or anything, but I'm very much likely to be wrong

Of course Milan won't sell him and he doesn't want to go out from Milan too. But given the choice I'd love to have him in Juventus
