Different era of Juventus. I think if Next Gen was at the level it is now back then he'd have been handled properly.

It's a mindset and we just weren't there. Even recently as a year and a half ago we probably weren't there with the mindset. Which is totally frustrating because its basically a requirement of being a modern footbal organization. You gotta have processes in place and emphasize the growth internally with academies and a squad of youngsters playing meaningful competition. Sad it took this long.
