Another kid I’m intrigued by is Doratiotto. I’d put him just behind Nonge. I think he’s more talented than Miretti tbh

Yeah it looks like we’re actually starting to utilise the NextGen team now a lot more. This initiative is starting to bear fruit and it’s great to see. Would much rather give a few of these youngsters a chance, a few could turn out to be genuine great talents and will save us a lot of money.

every non starter should be from the youth system, it’s that deep with talent. Absolutely no need to spend millions on squad players when you’ve got the cheap talent this club has in the stable (A lot of whom are Italian and won’t wanna leave anyway) Save the investments for the stars.

to me it’s Yildiz, Nonge, Doratiotto and then everyone else (and some of the ones in that latter category are good in their own right.) The primavera is STACKED. Next years next gen squad is gonna be worth watching.

Doratiotto from that clip looks like a left footed guy who is not afraid to use his right foot and does it quite well.
Yildiz is also both footed afaik.

And our U19 is on a structural base the youngest team of the competition (or one of the youngest). And even with that we’re close to winning the title almost every year

You pretty much nailed the scouting report lol. He's the modern regista, but I also have only seen him in youth league so I probably dont have the full grasp of his game. But from what ive seen hes a top talent.

IDK if its scouting, or coaching, but the system got stacked with legitimate talent real quick. All the people in charge deserve raises/promotions. Like, I would seriously consider Montero as a candidate to replace Allegri, should he get sacked. I think hes closer to a Conte than a Pirlo.

Yeah I already said it a few times, the amount of talents we have is insane.

Look for example how we’re discussing so many interesting prospects that it almost makes us forget Ranocchia who got selected for a training kamp by Mancini for next week (along with many others, I have to say).

Typical modern day Juve. When we fuck up we seriously fuck up. When we commercialise we do it like no other, and apparently when we decide to focus on the youth we go all-in aswel. Anyway interesting times and by far the most interesting part of the club to follow.

i would happily take a few years without winning (that is bound to happen anyway) and build a mostly new team based on these youth players instead of pogbas, paredes' and de sciglios. it might be a necessity too if we happen to receive a heavy fine because of the stock market manipulation case but as a fan i'd take it anyway.

Hopefully we’re able to find a balance between promoting youth and signing good players with high potential and not for exaggerated prices like with Vlahovic or De Ligt. Not against a marquee signing but they should’ve showed it at the big stage for several years if we decide to go for players at that price range.

Cuadrado
Alex Sandro
Rabiot
Paredes
Milik (unlikely but possible)

Which of the youngsters could replace them?
It looks to me that we should be buying at least one experienced CM (or keep Zakaria which I wanted from the start) the other cm spot will be taken by Rovella.
