Ive been on the phone for the last 5 hours trying to get through to get some tickets.
I get to a bit where its asks you to press 2 for sport tickets, so i press 2 and nothing..dead silence.
Unbelievable shitty service, looks like my dream will not come true

I applied for International Membership over two month ago for the first time, have had zero response so far despite my efforts to email them several times. No idea what is going on. Tempted to resend my details again (keep thinking maybe it got lost in the post)

Pretty awful service so far, not impressed. Will update if I hear anything!

the membership takes a while to come through, i think i waited like 2 or 3 months for mine, but im sure it is on its way nonetheless

it took 2 or 3 months for mine to arrive. At first i was sceptical about getting a membership, but i think it is fair to say i've benefited from it in terms of getting tickets and discounts.

I have usually received mine by now... usually in late September even. Here it is Nov 7 and still no sign. And I've renewed for a few years now. So it's not just you.

Anybody heard or received anything yet? I had an email on the 10th of October saying all my forms etc were cool and they'd let me know when my card and welcome pack were made up. Nothing since then. Really dissapointing

Subscription form? I've never needed one in all the years I've renewed.

And postal mail to Italy -- are they serious??

Looks like a complete database fuckup at their end, and this could be partly why we haven't received our membership kits yet.

Yeah they seem to be asking for a subscription form this year, so I filled it out and sent it anyway. Not got my card yet, but not in any urgent rush for it at the minute.

Where did you find a template or copy of their subscription form? I couldn't find it on their Web site, but I may not have been looking in all the right places. So chuck us a URL if you've got one.

Very strange how just as I posted that I got an e-mail from them saying they have just dispatched my fan card!

I have no idea how to attach to a URL as I'm pretty awful with computers but I have a pdf file with the form on my desktop?

Open Paint --> press "Prnt Scrn" --> go to Paint and press Ctrl + V.

GrandeGigi was the man. Let me try here...

OK, the forums refused to upload it as a pdf since it is 500kb+ and the limit is 300kb. So I renamed it with a .avi extension at the end to trick the forums into allowing it (avi uploads can be bigger ).

So just right-click download it and remove the ".avi" part of the filename once it's on your drive.

I did te membership the very firs time they started it and wow it seems like it really has caught on if people are having so much trouble getting through or receiving there packages.

The reason you need to fill in the form this year, is because they're getting rid of the differences between the card for Italian & International members. Starting this season, you should be able to use those new membership cards online (game tickets etc) because of the actual "tessera" number you're getting. That's what I have been told, at least.
